Experience the countryside and the sea 400 meters from Cruz del Sur beach. Enjoy a natural and relaxing environment. It is a modular house that we built to enjoy as a family and that we decided to rent at times of year when we do not use it. It has a bedroom with a double bed that can be transformed into 2 singles, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with armchairs and salamander for which we leave firewood available. In the bedroom there is a stove. It has wifi service.

It is a house built with a 40-foot shipping container, which has a living room with a kitchen bar, a bathroom and a room ideal for couples and even with 2 children max. since the spaces are not very large. It has a covered gallery of 15 meters x 4 meters, a small pool of 2 x 3 meters and is located 200 meters from the beach on a plot of 1900 meters. It has air conditioning, heating, a water heater and an electric stove. In a super quiet beach setting 25 minutes from Mar del Plata
