It is located close to the Wando Passenger Terminal, Conference Center, Café, Oilfield, and Mart where ships go and go to Jeju. Sitting on a rooftop bench and drinking tea, the ocean opens up like a front yard. Wando Tower, New Bridge, sunshine... and a beer with a night view are great. It's a rustic, welcoming place like a country home, and a family-friendly healing getaway or a group of friends. Most of all, it's been remodeled into the host's second-hand house, so it should make you feel more welcoming. It also includes condiments, kitchen utensils, and cutlery, making it perfect for eating food that has been packed in the conference center. It's in the form of an on-the-ground room. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
