'Olive' guest room in our shared apartment

We offer one of our very nice and cozy guest rooms. The house is quietly located surrounded by a horse meadow in the village of Holte-Spangen. The house was built in 1885 and was already village school, village gift and retirement home in its history before we lovingly converted it into a residential community with guest rooms in 2022. The forest, nature reserve and coastal heath are within walking distance of the house (1 km), and the sea (5 km) can also be reached quickly by bike.

Our 1 room apartment (about 35 sqm) is located on the 2nd floor , which is easily accessible by elevator. Equipped with a box spring bed in 1.8 x 2.0 m, sofa bed 1.6 x 2 m, pantry kitchen, barbecue microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pad machine, hairdryer, flat screen TV, everything you need for your stay! Our bathrooms are designed on the ground floor. Towels and bed linen incl. Unfortunately no pets are permitted . Non-smoking apartment.
