Accès au logement entier + cour privative pour étendre son linge à sécher à partager avec 1 ou 2 voisins. CHECK-IN : -Accueil en personne et obligatoire entre midi et 22h. Gratuit dimanches et jours fériés. -Vélo libre service et trottinettes électriques (2 min). -Taxis parisiens et Uber à proximité. -Interdiction absolue de fumer sous peine de sanction d’un montant de 150€. -Assurer la sécurité des lieux et être très attentif aux appareils électriques et aux bougies. -Bien vérifier que tout soit éteint avant de quitter le logement. -Obligation de verrouiller parfaitement les fenêtres et les 3 serrures complètes du logement avant de partir afin de garantir la sécurité et l’assurance en cas de vol et d’intrusion. -Obligation de se déchausser avant l’entrée dans le logement par mesure d’hygiène. -Attention au bruit, pas de fêtes ni de perturbations sonores qui pourraient gêner les voisins et les parties communes. -En cas de perte du trousseau des clés, un montant de 45€ vous sera facturé. -Prévoir un montant supplémentaire de 40€ pour toute arrivée tardive après 22h ou dimanche avant 18h.
