We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.

Our apartment, Casa Cesira, is located in an ancient building, dating back to the 16th century. Recently renovated with modern taste and all amenities, it has a private garden and terrace, perfect for reading, yoga, dining in the quiet evenings or for admiring beautiful sunrises. The best way to reach Casté is by car (15min from La Spezia). With public bus (45min) from La Spezia train station, the nearest bus stop is ”Porcale Bivio Casté” (1,1 km/17 min up hill).
