Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. Our home has everything you need within steps of the front door. The home is located on a busy street, however it is set back off the road and traffic dies down after the workday. Enjoy our large backyard deck perfect for entertaining and relaxation. 2.8mi to Hayward field & 5th St. Public Market, 8.3 mi to Riverbend Hospital.
