The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Breinig is a district of the copper city of Stolberg. Location is ideal if you want to live family and quiet at the same time. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but due to the large windows is very bright and welcoming. Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
