Located in a predominantly residential area but within walking distance to historical districts such as Alfama, Graca, Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, Se etc. 10 min drive from the airport & 5 minute walk to both the Metro green and red lines. Surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. The unit is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator in this historical building.
