It offers 100 meters of banks on the river with its private dock. A fountain flows at the foot of the house. This little paradise offers all the basic comforts for an unforgettable break of nature

High-end. Countryside environment and a 15-minute walk from the city center of Carquefou and its shops; ring road and A11 at 5 minutes - airport 21 minutes. Golf 5 minutes and Nantes Centre in 20 minutes by car. Bus stop 8 minutes walk. Private parking. We do not provide linen.
