Super nice house, bright and well ventilated. Loft style, with rustic air and a private room. Composteira, some vegetables and a fairly large patio. Close to the quiet of Parque Acaraí and 800 metres from Praia Grande and its waves. It's a 10 minute walk. Deck with BBQ and large open garage. Close to Prainha, local bars and restaurants. Also close to the Acaraí River and the new beach boardwalk.

It is situated in front of Babitonga Bay with 14 islands. A house in the middle of the woods with an extremely cozy and smelling space. The kitchen is open in the middle of the forest. Where you find monkeys, squirrels, woodpeckers, toucans and several birds circulating daily. A beautiful place to find peace!
