The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Spacious, quiet, summerhouse perfect for relaxing inside and out. Large garden with a cosy greenhouse for warmth and 'hygge' on rainy days. Perfect for long walks directly from the door, where you're very likely to see deer, hare, pheasants and squirrels. The local beach is c. 500m walk, quiet, and not overpopulated during the summer months. The house is useable all year around as there is heating in every room. Bed linen and towels included. Our bright basement apartment is family-friendly. The holiday apartment is located in the idyllic town of Bastorf. Bastorf is located between the Baltic Sea baths of Kühlungsborn and Rerik, away from the hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea baths. The countryside invites you to long walks.
