Bath has slipper tub w/shower & stackable w/d. Bedrooms have comfy beds and crisp, fresh linens, bath robes, and monitor. Outside you'll find a private, fenced yard with fire-pit. There's a convenient doggy door to fenced dog run. Close to parks, Golden Gardens Beach, Sunset Hill, downtown Ballard! We're a dog-friendly home.

Enjoy the wide sandbar, 2 small kids kayaks and 2 adult kayaks for paddling, a swimming raft, low-populated beach, and hiking trails across the road. The newly-renovated kitchen has a 180 degree water view. The large fireplace makes for a comfortable and cozy retreat.

Across the street from Echo Falls Golf Course this centrally located home is 10 minutes to Woodinville wineries, 15 minutes to Downtown Snohomish shops, restaurants, bars & wedding venues, & easy access to Hwy 2 for outdoor recreation. This 3bd/1bth house is perfectly set up for a group of 6. This unit (A) is part of a duplex but has no shared walls with the other unit.
