Within a half mile area: restaurants, places of worship, a convenience store, post office and our favorite tackle shop! New kitchen appliances! UV Airscrubber!

Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.
