Cozy and warm apartment. Great location!

The apartment is very good located, close to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport. You will enjoy a calm environment with security service 24/7. Our one room apartment is very warm and cosy and besides of being close to a big avenue, the place is very calm and silent, perfect for a good rest. We provide everything you may need for a short stay: basic cutlery and kitchen implements, bed linen, wifi and Netflix access. We also put a lot of effort on having the apartment clean and tidy!

Nice and comfortable at perfect location

The apartment has everything you need to have a nice and comfortable stay and work from home if you need it. It is located in "Batan Alto" which is a residential neighborhood close to everything so without being in the middle of the noise you'll have access to all the things you want (restaurants, mall, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, bus/taxi station).
