The house is located directly on the connecting bike path B13 and is therefore ideally located for tours between the Neusiedler See and the Mittelburgenland. Excursions to Hungary are possible in about 30 minutes by car: Summer toboggan run/Sopron, Fertőrákos, Esterházy Castle in Fertőd

You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space. There are 3 queensize-beds: a bed and a sofa bed with toppers for even more comfort in the sleeping room, another sofa bed can be used in the living-room.

You can reach the house by the in-house pedal boat about 150 m from the jetty. During your entire stay you can use the pedal boat, as well as a private parking for free.

All around there is plenty of nature, water, sports, culture, culinary and wine to discover! Rich breakfast basket per person/night optional for Eur 12.00 (to be paid in cash on site).

The "Villa Veguerilla" (40 m²) is a former winemaker train station built in 1927 and is located - picturesquely nestled between the gently sloping hills of the Leithage Mountains and the north shore of Lake Neusiedl - in the old village center of Winden am See and offers its visitors relaxation & vacation in harmony with people, animals and nature. Social compatibility is very important to us. To work for humans, animals and nature is our effort.

The apartment has a generously equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, living room with TV, free WiFi, a balcony that invites you to relax and cozy get-together. There is a bicycle parking space in the garden, sunbathing and playgrounds with trampoline, stretch, swing, barbecue facilities and a large swimming pool. The garden is at your disposal and for the guests of our other apartment.

Unsere Family Suite überzeugt durch ihre Größe und ihre harmonische Einrichtung. Sie hat 2 große Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, 1 Etagenbett und ein Schlafsofa. Unsere Suite verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine vollkommen eingerichtete – auch kindgerecht - Küche. Im großzügigen Wohnbereich steht ein großer Esstisch und ein TV bereit. Das Bad ist ebenfalls komplett ausgestattet u.a mit Waschmaschine.

Our two lovingly furnished apartments in Mörbisch are waiting for you :-))) We look forward to seeing you :-)) Each apartment, 35 m2, has its own fenced sweet garden and a large terrace. Closer to the lake and the village center it is not possible:-) Nevertheless very quiet and idyllic location.
