Quiet but active residential community, with access to golf. tennis, pool, hiking, fishing, and of course skiing and snowboarding! Public transportation, super market, gas station, liquor stores all within walking distance. We strongly suggest that in the winter months, rent a car with snow tires or 4 wheel drive to get from Denver to Vail.

Fall asleep listening to the Eagle River just below the windows! The views are amazing! This fully furnished unit is located 1 mile from the base of Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail. The condo has 2bd/2Bth with a sunroom/ sleeping porch (has own heat and door) overlooking the Eagle River making the 3rd bd, and a LR sofabed (new mattress and support)=sleeping 6-7 comfortably. Being on the top floor (yes stairs up) makes it sunny and quiet.. It is my Shangri La!!
