Our house is situated on the beautiful, and sometimes dramatic Otago Peninsula. It is a ten minute drive from the Dunedin CBD and enjoys a rural aspect but has the advantage of being close to the city. It’s a large family home that I Deborah share with my husband Alistair. We would like the opportunity to share our house with travelers, but also earn extra income to travel more ourselves. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of our local surrounds, attractions and restaurants. We have made two bedrooms available to air bnb guests, the rooms share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom . We will only rent both bedrooms out if the guests know one and other (i.e. friends or family), other wise you have the bathroom to your selves. The rates will be based on the number of people and the number of rooms/beds you want to use. One bedroom (1 or 2 people) is NZ$180.00 per night, the second room is priced at the nightly rate of NZ$120.00. These rates can fluctuate either up or down depending on demand. The current rate will show on the calendar. We provide a continental breakfast including barista coffee to our guests.

Roseneath Cottage B&B (Double + Single B/Rooms)

I am close to Port Chalmers with views towards the Port which offers beaches, walks, art and culture, restaurants, pubs and parks. The house is close to the bus stop into Dunedin City 10 km away. On the way to the City you pass the Forsyth Barr Stadium and the University. My home is an early 1900's ex railway cottage that now has all the modern conveniences including an HRV system and double glazing so it is warm and dry. Price is for 2 people. Guests can use WiFi, the kitchen, laundry etc.
