It is a 7-minute walk to the ocean, a 10-minute walk to Ika and a 15-minute walk to the centre of Lovran. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot. The nearest major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the yard.
