Fantastic freshly renovated roomy apartment smack in the heart of the Ghent district. Just a few minutes walk from EVMS, ODU, numerous neighborhood craft breweries and an endless variety of dining options, including the area's only authentic wood-fired oven bakery, several locally owned coffee houses and organic stores. The area's best supermarket is also one block away (Fresh Market) and the brand new Aldi is also just a few more steps down the street. Due to allergies-no pets. Sorry.

This special residence is on the National Register of Historic Homes, includes a clawfoot tub & rooftop patio (no hold harm). This High Victorian Italian home was built in 1870, with a Mansard roof & features an ornamental cast iron veranda. John Cary Weston built this as a summer residence following the Civil War.
