A cottage right by the Orava dam with a unique sauna is part of Slovak cultural heritage and thus protected. Fishing, swimming, boating, horse riding, hiking or just relaxing under the trees with the view of "Birds island" with more than 2000 birds or "Slanica island" with a gallery on it. Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

Dvojpodlažný loft so samostatným vchodom vznikol prestavbou drevárne na originálny ateliér architektky (46 m2) Všetky lôžka sú v jednom spoločnom otvorenom priestore. Na poschodí 2-lôžková posteľ, na prízemí rozkladací gauč. Súčasťou priestoru je kompletne zariadená kuchyňa, kompletná kúpeľňa s WC a sprchovacím kútom. Kúrenie je zabezpečené elektrickými fóliami priamo v hlinených omietkach a unikátnou 100 ročnou nórskou liatinovou pecou (v zime musia klienti prikúriť pripraveným drevom )

Chata Srňacie je tradičná Oravská drevenica , ktorá sa nachádza v malej Oravskej dedinke Srňacie. Je situovaná v lesnom prostredí 5km od mesta Dolný Kubín obkolesená lesmi a lúkami. Je stvorená pre oddych a relax a na dovolenku v každom ročnom období. Pri chate ta nachádza drevená sudová sauna s ochladzovacou kaďou, lehátka. V blízkej dostupnosti sa nachádza jú 3 auqaparky.
