This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, small desk and a full size bed. The location is wonderful if you work at the lab or want to go wine tasting!

Beautiful waterfront house with a view of lighthouse and quick (1 min) access to fast water. I have wonderful deck with glass windows you can see the view! Dock for two boats. Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. Totally remodeled home by the lakes in Discovery bay, Ca. Please note that there is no access going to fast water/delta, and only electric boat allowed in the lake. We are located about 1.5 hours from SFO airport and 1 hour from Oakland airport. Napa Valley located in North part of the county about 1 hour a way and we are near the winery by Livermore area. 35 minutes away from SF Factory outlet by Livermore. This home is 3 bedrooms with 2 full bath. Pet friendly.
