Located between The Hague and Rotterdam, you have the house all to yourself in a quiet residential neighbourhood walking distance from the village centre. Public EV chargers in the vicinity. It is spacious, a great place to work and relax. The house is in 1970's style. It is well equipped, has washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and more. When you are travelling by car, it is an excellent base to visit Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, Leiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht for business or pleasure.

Very luxuriously furnished holiday home directly on the waterfront with a 13 meter long dock for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). In a few minutes, you'll be sailing to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the North Sea beach (20 min.). Also cozy towns in Zeeland are not too far away. The popular city of Rotterdam for tourists is only 25 minutes by car.

Ons kleine monumentale grachtenpand ligt op een steenworp afstand van het historische stadhuis, het museum en de Sint-Janskerk, wereldberoemd om zijn glas-in-loodramen. De geschiedenis van het huis dateert van 1390. De naam die het pand lang heeft gedragen was "'t Pyntgen Wijns" (een pintje wijn). Misschien dus een kleine wijnbar.
