Veilig en rust op een grote tjalk die je helemaal voor jezelf hebt. Slapen op een bijzondere locatie in ZWARTSLUIS nabij Giethoorn. Mooie natuurgebieden vlakbij de locatie. Leuk voor b.v. een familie uitje Traditionele Tjalk met hedendaagse luxe. Er zijn 2 toiletten, een douche Prima keuken met gasfornuis/oven en twee koelkasten . 5 tweepersoons hut 1 driepersoon hut onderlaken, kussen(sloop) inbegrepen. Dekbed €16 p.p. (optioneel) Vrijgezellenfeest of drankfestijn is niet toegestaan.

This houseboat is situated in the old part of Heerenveen, formerly one of the important peat routes through Friesland. You look out over the Herenwal, the street of Heerenveen with the most beautiful canal houses that lead to the center. The deck-house and wheelhouse in the back of a former sailing cargo-ship van 1888 is transformed into a small apartment . The rest of the boat is a shop with sailing / marine equipment and a bunker station. The entrance is due to the age of the ship a small steep stair, keep that in mind. The surrounding is a lively harbor with sail-ships and cruise-ships. There is a parking available for €5 - a night very closeby. So enjoy the sound and movements of the water!

Unique stay on a 1901 sailing jalk

The Confiance is a Tjalk built in 1901 and was renovated in 2013 and sails (unfortunately not with bookings via Airbnb) from Harlingen with a maximum of 20 people over the Wadden Sea and the IJsselmeer. Now the ship is in a nice place in Harlingen and is a perfect base to see Harlingen, to make bike rides, museums or to visit the islands Vlieland and Terschelling. Information on sailing with the ship can be found on the website of sailing charter Confiance.
