Round table with 4 chairs (6 on request) available high chairs/high chairs, double SOFA BED, 32-inch Full HD led, satellite decoder on request. Container cabinet with iron and ironing board, clothesline. SPACIOUS and cozy DOUBLE BEDROOM with a double BED, bedside table, a small table, a large closet with a mirror, a desk, pouf, you can add a crib. DOUBLE ROOM with 2 single BEDS, desk and pouf, large closet with mirror. Sidewalks can be added for small children. Elegant BATHROOM finishes in wood-effect stoneware equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer. During your stay you can contact me by phone for any need. The apartment is located in a residential, green and quiet neighborhood, Marghera city garden. A stone's throw away are shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and a typical market. In a few minutes you can reach the historic center. The location is strategic to visit both the Historic Center of Venice and the nearby art cities of Veneto. A few minutes from the station and the motorway, in 20 minutes you can reach the airport. Venice is easily and quickly accessible - by bus, the stop is only 5 minutes from the house (runs to Venice every 10 minutes), in 15 minutes by bus you reach P.le Roma. - by train (15 min) , Venice-Mestre train station 10 min walk from the apartment Venice Mestre train station is just a few minutes walk from Casa900. From here trains depart for Venice Historical Center and for all the cities of art of Veneto: Padua, Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Belluno. From Mestre station, buses depart for the nearby beaches of Jesolo, Bibione, Caorle, Eraclea and for the Dolomites and Cortina d 'Ampezzo. By car or bus you can then visit the Riviera del Brenta with its famous Venetian villas. The guest must communicate the estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours in advance . It is essential to arrange for check-in time. The apartment will be made available to the guest from 15.00. Tourist TAX: 4 € per day per person per night to be paid upon arrival UPON ARRIVAL, THE IDENTITY DOCUMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE REGISTRATION OF GUESTS, AND THE SIGNING OF A RENTAL CONTRACT, AS REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW The Manager will present the apartment and inform guests about the house rules. He will check with the guests the complete presence and integrity of the equipment provided. The guest will have to clean the kitchenette and crockery in case they are used. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 11.00 am With the return of the keys, the Guest and the Manager will verify the presence and integrity of the equipment of the apartment. Dreamy home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) "Villa Dolce" is a large and architectural dwelling, immersed in a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just 45 minutes by car from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and cozy house on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. Accommodation: You will have 1 triple room, 2 double rooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other room with "French" bed and toilet service, living room with fireplace Louis XV style, dining room, amusement lounge, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is only present in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation.
