A lake house between Berlin&Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private spaces to private persons. Not to companies and fitters - please distance yourself from bookings that are not for you. Our holiday apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high standard (approx. 90 sqm). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a cabin sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore clairaudient). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin village sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please do not bring dogs. On TV, there is an Amazon fire TV stick with movies in German and English. Our house, flooded with light, is in the best location in the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, 45 minutes north of Berlin by car. By public transport, you can reach your destination from the HB Berlin in a good hour. There is a lot to discover: hiking/ cycling in the Barnim Nature Park, in the Schorfheide Wildlife Park or in the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. Golfing, paddling , swimming in the neighbouring lakes, everything is possible. Two new bikes are available for 10 euros / day and bike.

This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.
