It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. Our mobile home is a 2018 model and is very nicely decorated. There is ample room for a family of four, with two loos and a shower. There is a fridge/freezer and gas cooker. The home is centrally heated and is double glazed. It is situated in our yard in a sun trap. It is a 10 minute drive to the beaches and also 10 minutes to the centre of Truro, which is a lovely city, lots of shops, cafes and quaint streets. An ideal getaway,also an ideal place to work from, laptop space and very quiet.

The Folly is set in the small garden of our cottage. Light, spacious and totally unique. Accommodation only. No kitchen but has a fridge, microwave, coffee machine etc & we will wash up. Good wi-fi, No TV but screen & Firestick for streaming on your own accounts & DVD player. Double bed. Secluded outside area, barbeque & shared terrace. Off street parking. 15 minutes' walk to the station & close to Falmouth University. Good access to all areas of Cornwall. Discount for 3+ nights.
