Cute and cozy little cabin just a couple miles from state land. 1 mile from the county fairgrounds. 1 1/2 miles from town. Enjoy all Evart has to offer such as all of our state land trails for riding dirt bikes , quads, hunting ,mushrooming. We are 1 1/2 miles from rails to trails to enjoy a great day of bicycling. Less than 2 miles from the Muskegon river to go canoeing or tubing down the river. There are 2 golf course about 5 -6 miles away . Yes ,we now have WIFI !!!! Star Gazing, sunsets.

My Happy Place - Gorgeous and Great Location!

This is a truly adorable home that is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, very family-friendly, and pet-friendly! It's been recently renovated and has 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and 1.5 bathrooms (both downstairs). It has a lovely conservatory that functions as a family dining room. It has a new furnace as well as new central air conditioning. Excellent WiFi with live streaming for television. It also includes bikes and beach gear for use, a washer and dryer, and a portable fire pit.

Located on the Boyne Mountain property, approximately 100 yards to Boyneland run (nearest lift), this is a comfy condo for a large family. Our place is close to a paved walking/biking trail called the TART Trail, with a peek of Cedar Lake, and about a block west of West GT Bay with access to a Marina and Boat Launch. It is situated at the base of the Leelanau Peninsula and 5-10 minutes from downtown Traverse City depending on traffic. We absolutely love this home and know that you will too!

Beautiful new cabin accross from trailhead, restaurant, Bear Lake. Perfect for ATV’s, snowmobiles, fisherman, hunters. Unfortunately, we have a strict no pets policy and the person renting must be at least 21 years old with no exceptions. Children are welcome with a renter over the age of 21.
