Just 10 minutes from tubing the Guadalupe and Whitewater Amphitheater. 20 minutes from Gruene, and an hour away from Austin, San Antonio or Fredericksburg. Pets welcome (2 pet max 40 lb limiit)

The Texas Hill Country is a magical place and our water view home is in the middle of it. If you are looking for a place to relax and watch deer look in your window, a place to enjoy all manner of water activities, and a place near both San Antonio and Austin you have found it. Tubing the Guadalupe River is ten minutes away. The EMS / fire station is 2.5 miles and a grocery store is 6 miles as is fast food and gas. Wimberley is 20 mins. Ask about our pontoon boat.
