Included with your stay is free high speed WiFi, two large smart TVs, a fully loaded coffee bar, laundry room with detergent, a built in ironing board and a 2-car garage. The back door has a built in doggy door for small to medium sized dogs that provides easy access to the private fenced in backyard.

The Prancying Pony is a short walk to the University of Oklahoma Campus, Historic Downtown Arts District, restaurants, and dining. The Pony is a quiet and secluded cabana with beautiful garden and pool. The ambiance, the outdoor space, and neighborhood make this the ideal location for exploring the best of Norman. This apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The apartment has one, gated parking spot. Also included is the use of an outdoor grill.

This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just northwest of The University of Oklahoma. The Campus Cottage is found in the heart of Norman - only a .5 mile distance from Memorial Stadium and Campus Corner, making for a great game day location. This hidden oasis is a great space for family & friends, a retreat after a long day of work. Located only 20 miles from downtown OKC, 16 miles from the OU campus, & centrally located between 2 of Oklahoma's finest casinos. This home offers a large downstairs living space with private pool (no heater at this time) & patio, 3 upstairs bedrooms including a master suite with a whirlpool jet tub. We are pet friendly but REQUIRE APPROVAL & charge a $50 pet fee per pet.

Artist's Retreat, Entire House 1/2 Block from OU

A very unique artist’s house built in 1936, only half a block from the University of Oklahoma. Featuring colorful and artistic decor throughout, a large fenced yard with a small decorative pond in the backyard, and ample parking in front. There are three steps up to the front door. We welcome dogs but are not able to accommodate cats.
