It is a perfect mini house for two people, located in the center of town just a few meters from the first lagoon. Equipped kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, Italian and capsule coffee maker, microwave) open to the dining room, spacious room and fully equipped bathroom. It has a private patio with a barbecue and a table to enjoy the outside. The house has heating for the winter but the air conditioning is not necessary because it is very cool. It has hot water too
