No cobramos energía eléctrica y tenemos generador de energía para emergencias, así que nunca te quedaras sin energía y sin aire acondicionado, que por cierto tenemos en todos lados :)

A separate laundry room has a new washer and dryer and the spacious kitchen has all new appliances. There is whole house WIFI and cable TV which includes HBO. The home is in walking distance to restaurants and markets.
