Waterfront, huge back porch, gas grill. Boat slip & lift & tie down cleats right at the house. The fully stocked kitchen has built-in icemaker and wine cooler. Master downstairs has queen bed & master bath. Living area has half bath, dining table, seating area, 62" tv, and gorgeous views of the lake. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- all with queen beds, 2 full baths, and a bonus room with queen Murphy Bed and daybed with a trundle. 50 " tv in bedrooms. Big yard. No large parties/events permitted.

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play.
