Welcome to the beach! This Manasota Key condo is located on Lemon Bay w/the Gulf of Mexico across the street. This 2nd floor updated condo is located in a quiet residential area. A quick drive (less than 5 minutes) to one of 3 public beach access points. Fishing right off the boat dock, large pool steps from the unit. There are several bar/grill's & restaurants on the key. Free shuttle available too. The condo is well stocked w/everything you need to feel at home. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with screened in patio off master bedroom. Relax next to the pool with views of canal as boats go by! HELENE effects: currently no pool or hot tub…..Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. It also provides access to a private beach via a water taxi ride. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a heated pool and a hot tub to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants.
