Best location right behind the new City-center of Mactan "Mactan Newtown / LG Garden) which takes only 3 minutes by Grab (more than 15 GRAB-drivers waiting nearby to get your GRAB, so it usually takes only 5-6 minutes to arrive at the Entrance / lobby) . Also very close to the airport - 17-18 minutes unless rush hours.

We are near the capital city , FAR FROM CITY NOISES (skooter) 5 minutes to the mall, 10 -15 minutes to the pier and 20 minutes to the airport. 15 minutes to the white beach. 25 minutes to alona beach.. we have the best view and the fresh breeze. infinity swimming pool.our place is good for couple , single , business traveler. last 400 meter to our house its a very bumpy ( rough) road ! no good for children ! no party ! You can rent a scooter, car, we can connect you to anny tour !
