Modern apartment in Quesada High st which has been newly renovated to a high standard. There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course. Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay. It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales. There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off. The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.
