Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Unser 2023 saniertes Ferienapartment eignet sich hervorragend für Paare und Familien mit zwei Kindern. Es befindet sich in einer ruhigen Apartmentanlage in Sattendorf. Zur Anlage gehört ein eigener Seezugang mit großzügiger Liegefläche, Umkleiden, Duschen und WCs. Zur freien Nutzung ist ein Paddelboot für 2 Personen vorhanden. Das Apartment verfügt über eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (4 Personen), Foyer und Bad mit Dusche.

Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem eine eigene Badekabine mit Sonnenschirmen und Sonnenliegen.

Apartment with 2 rooms, beautiful view and beach access. Fully equipped kitchen; spacious balcony with a great view. One parking space is right in front of the house. All rooms are centrally accessible. For winter vacationers, the Gerlitze ski resort can be reached within 30 minutes by shuttle bus (stop about 500 meters away), with your own car in 15 minutes. Enjoy relaxing days at Lake Ossiach in a well equipped and modern furnished apartment.

Entire floor for 8 people with beach access

In honor of our mother Margarethe, who had looked after and loved this guesthouse for many years, we reopened it in the summer of 2019. The 4 double rooms have been converted into colourful themed rooms, some of the furniture has been preserved and adapted in colour and accents have been set with existing or new accessories.

Our apartments are friendly, light and modern. Our beach is about a 5 minute walk away and invites you to relax. Since we are very central loungers there are possibilities for many excursion destinations. Children and animals are welcome. local tax is still to be paid at the property

Our lake apartments in the size of 45 m2 to 100 m2 all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Immediately in front is our private swimming beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and umbrellas invite you to relax.
