Recently renovated light,airy studio with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.15 stairs to negotiate to the Apartment as the owner lives downstairs.I include a continental breakfast Semi rural outlook, 5 minutes to airport, 3 minutes to Bishopdale mall (by car). Awesome location !!! Modern self contained cosy space completely private from the road as a back section with off street parking. Great neighbourhood, with a bus stop at the end of the driveway the central city is an easy 10mins away.
