1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals just like home. Brand new gas BBQ, full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace for winter nights and powerful AC for hot summers. Close to grocery stores and restaurants but feels like a remote retreat. We love long-term guests!
