Finca de 6000 m2 between Pelayos and San Martín. It's located in an idyllic spot in the middle of nature, off the noise, and next to the best beaches on the San Juan swamp. Watched video access. It's solar-powered car and its own well. The road to the house is of land and has some bumps. Six cats and three chickens live on the property. You can pick fresh eggs.
