Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Oberallgäu, at the foot of the green. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing holiday. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for beautiful hours. From the apartment you can walk directly on the green (touring ski from the front door possible)

The cozy 1-room apartment was newly renovated in 2022 in modern alpine style. It is about 25 square meters has a living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is no separate kitchen, so there is no cooking facilities, but there is a refrigerator, coffee maker, crockery and kettle. The apartment radiates a "feel-good character", the furnishings and the light are very coherent.
