Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Detached villa with a wonderful south view, all-round balcony with hammock, completely south-facing, modernly equipped, but in the middle of nature. The hut contains a wood-burning sauna, beds, table, chairs, TV, terrace etc. A modern outdoor kitchen (March 15 - November 15) is about 20m away from the hut, as is the heated bathroom with toilet. This cozy place will spend a great time. The layout of the rooms and the lovingly selected furnishings contribute to well-being. Regensburg with cathedral and historic old town, art and culture is just as close as Kelheim with Liberation Hall, Danube breakthrough and Weltenburg Monastery. Cycling, hiking in the Altmühltal or climbing in the valley of the black Laber is an experience. In the evening then on the balcony, relaxing with a glass of wine and great views.
