There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. BYO sheet sets+towels as it saves water on the farm. Ideal for a couple. Not suitable Children under 5 as it is on a working farm. Dogs will be considered only after contact with host. Single beds and sitting area I have kept as original as possible so it is not as comfortable as 5 star. No WiFi only hotspot.

Five bedroom, two living rooms, two bathrooms (one with shower over bath). Plenty of room for everyone. Basic, functional home ideally suited to a large family or group or worker accomodation. The house has no amenities or safety features for young children so please keep that in mind. Please advise how many guests will be staying so beds can be made up. Any extra guests need to be paid for in order for bedding to be supplied.
