The urban green belt as well as the city forest with an outdoor swimming pool invite you to linger and play. Shopping, train station, cinema and gastronomy are within walking distance. Hamburg and Berlin are about 1.5 hrs away by car, Rostock and Wismar can be reached in a good hour. Lake Plauer and Mecklenburg Lake District invite you to day trips.

This cute apartment is located in the basement of a brick villa on the lake and has its own entrance with its own beautiful, sunny, enclosed terrace. For swimming, go directly from the garden door to the forest and lake, eternal terrain for bikers and athletes. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the Avus. The 2 main S-Bahn lines S1 and S7 are a 5-minute walk away. There is a bedroom with bed (1.60 m x 2m) and a sofa bed in the living room.

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.
