The loft has about 130sqm , ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub,Daybed, 2pers snail shower and Real wood fireplaces leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5x4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events Wine fridge 4xGas and a ceramic hob are provided

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Here you can stay in a small detached cottage with 1000 square meters of fenced property and far-reaching views over the Upper-Bergische Land. The cottage is vintage furnished , has a fireplace in addition to the electric heating. A newly built kitchen in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you could need, barbecue for outside, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house for hours possible.

Wiehl center about 3 km away with various shopping facilities, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is done with radiators connected to our green heat pump. In winter, a fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. Modern internet connection, TV via satellite system. Water bubbler provided.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
