We rent a sunny and warm apartment in the best location. It is located on the entrance to the Bioshärenpark "large Walsertal". The hiking trails start right at the doorstep. The ski areas Fontanella, Faschina, Sonntag-Stein, Damüls and Mellau, Brand, Laternsertal can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. On site there is a football field with playground and beach volleyball court, a tennis court, a spar market, a cable car, a paragliding flight school and a swimming lake with water road.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.
