Located right in the centre of the seaside town of St Annes on Sea overlooking the beautiful Ashton Gardens from the master suite. All the fun of Blackpool is just a ten minute drive away and the trendy town of Lytham is just a 6 minute drive. You can bring one well behaved dog aswell!

Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.
