The apartment is located by a river with good baths and fishing opportunities. It's a good place for couples, solo travelers, families (with children), large groups. Short distance to the zoo in Kristiansand, the summer town Lillesand and 15 min to cross-country ski slopes with several lengths in the skiing season.The apartment is suitable for swimming for summer and winter holidays.

Fully furnished garage loft (32 sqm) rented at Kvannes in Høvåg. The property is idyllically close to the seaside. Bathing and fishing spots, hiking areas etc are only a few minutes of walking away. Blindleia is 700m from the property. It takes 12 minutes to drive to the zoo, 20 minutes to Lillesand and 22 minutes to Kristiansand. Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

"Hotel room" with its own entrance and attached large bathroom. There is a fridge and TV in the room where you can use Chromecast to stream via any subscription you may have, further chairs and water cooker. Large bathroom with shower/hot tub. Heating cables in the floor. Perfect detour from E39, while saving about 50 NOK in tolls😊 NB!
