Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from this cozy, quiet waterfront home. Relax and play at our serene lake house, 40 feet from the water. Embden is the 3rd cleanest lake in Maine and our lot is wooded for nice privacy. Fire pit, lounge chairs and hammock at the water's edge. Kayak, paddleboard, swim, yard games, fish or relax! Great golf close by! In the winter warm up by the fire after playing outside (sugarloaf 35 mins) ski, snowmobile, ice fish for salmon! Our driveway accommodates trailers.

Private entrance, daylight basement in lower level of our home. There is a key code box to obtain access, and guest parking. 15 minutes to Sunday River and Black Mountain and 20 minutes to Mt. Abram ski resorts. Swimming access at Howard Pond. Skiers, riders, hikers, kayakers, and outdoor enthusiasts would love this location anytime of the year.

Located just 5 minutes from Mt Abrahm ‘s ski area , 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Center, and 15 minutes from Bethel, a charmy town with great restaurants and unique attractions. This has been our family getaway for nearly 40 years. Recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom, heating/ AC system, Wi-Fi and a nice deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Wonderful little wood stove for those cold nights! 150’ beach with large dock right out front! Large fire pit. Gorgeous views all day long and amazing sunsets! Walking distance to the LOON LODGE & FARM HOUSE Downtown Rangeley 1.5miles away. One bedroom has a queen bed and other has two twins. Loft has full bed. Great WiFi! Brand new Air Conditioning system in entire cabin!
