We invite you to spend a pleasant stay in this chalet that we renovated with heart in spring 2022! Quiet, independent and not overlooked, you can enjoy an enclosed garden and a south-facing terrace. Ideally located in the heart of the Fouesnantais country "the Breton Riviera", between Bénodet and Fouesnant, 300 m from the Odet golf course and its peaceful woods, 5 min from the coast, the GR34 and superb beaches. Shops, services and hypermarkets at 5 min. Quimper at 15 min.

Idéale pour famille(s), avec enfants . Chiens acceptés (2 maximum ). Un chat très indépendant "Chaussette", vous tiendra compagnie!

The chalet bois à 2kms de la plage with step-free access and interior is located in Plobannalec-Lesconil and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. The 54 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: wi-fi, air conditioning and towels.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The seaside is 1km5 away and you can access the beach by a small road crisscrossing the countryside. A pretty enclosed garden and not overlooked as well as a heated and shared outdoor pool will welcome you over time... The pool is open from June 15 to September 15. In this small family residence a short drive from the port of Lesconil, the climate is family and serene .

My adorable cats Pipibou and Spooky will keep you company:-), they are self-sufficient with their pet but if you are allergic or you do not like animals, my place is not for you! Because they will inevitably come to cuddle you;-)
