This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.

Renovated charming farmhouse on Öland. The house is located on the east side of the island of the village of Åkerby. This village is located along the east road but still secluded thanks to the garden. Proximity to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärby bath no more than a few kilometers away as well as only 15 km to the bridge fortress and barely three miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
